Home Tech
Networking, smart lighting, security, energy monitoring, and the boring infrastructure that makes the rest of it work.

Appliances and tools that earn their counter space. Tested against the way people actually cook, not spec sheets.

Accessibility and assistive technology: mobility, hearing, vision, dexterity and daily-living aids, reviewed on the criteria that matter.
Browse Abili-Tech →Why these three categories
Most recommendation sites cover everything and know nothing. We picked three areas where the buying decision is genuinely hard and the existing coverage is weak or padded.
Home Tech and Kitchen Tech are crowded markets where the difference between the right product and the wrong one is real money and daily friction. Abili-Tech is the reason the site exists: assistive and accessibility technology is badly served by mainstream review coverage, and buyers are often making a decision under time pressure, for themselves or for a family member, with very little independent guidance.
How we pick
Abili-Tech is not medical advice. Assistive technology recommendations are consumer guidance only. For devices that need clinical fitting, prescription, or funding through a public program, work with a qualified assessor. Where an Ontario Assistive Devices Program pathway may apply, we flag it rather than talk around it.
